Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide.

Orders to the UK usually arrive within 4-9 business days.

EU deliveries take 6-9 business days, and international deliveries typically take 8-12 business days.

These are shipping time estimates and start after your order has been processed

Where is my order?

You can track your order in three quick steps:

1. After checkout you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order number.

2. When your order ships we’ll email a tracking number and a direct carrier link. You can login to your account and view orders. Click the tracking link to see the live transit status.

3. If tracking shows a delay (customs, weather, or carrier exceptions), allow 48–72 hours for status updates. If the status doesn’t change after 72 hours, contact our support team at or via chat with your order number and postcode. We’ll investigate immediately.

If your order appears lost or undelivered with your order number and screenshots of tracking number. We’ll escalate it further to the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund per our policy.

Can I Modify/Cancel my order?

Please email us at support@k1cosmetics.com if you need to modify or cancel an order. Notify us as soon as possible after placing you order.

There is an item missing from my order. What should I do?

We are very sorry that an item has not been shipped and is missing. Contact us via support@k1cosmetics.com and our Customer Service team will be more than happy to assist.

To speed up the process, please include the information below in your email:

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Klarna, Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal for online payments. When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 

What do I do If I have recieved a faulty item?
